Our shop is intentionally tucked behind a discreet, closed door to provide an exclusive and private atmosphere. Please refer to your confirmation email for detailed instructions.
We kindly recommend new clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment to ensure a seamless and relaxed experience.

We will try our best to accommodate you, however, we cannot guarantee a complete service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. Please call the shop to let us know if you will be running late.

We may not always be able to accommodate additional guests, but there are several nearby coffee shops where they can wait comfortably during your appointment.
We encourage you to visit the shop on your own to fully immerse yourself in the traditions and conversations that make the barber shop experience unique.

There is free street parking available around the shop and also a paid parking structure on Palmetto Street.

Unfortunately the shop is not wheelchair accessible. However, we can schedule a house call and bring the barber shop to you! Send us an email to set up an appointment.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the shop.

Yes! We accept all major credit cards including American Express.

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. While the card will not be charged the full amount, a temporary $1 hold may be placed to verify the card on file.
Please note that a cancellation fee may apply if the appointment is not canceled within the designated time frame.

Gratuity can be conveniently added to your card at checkout, or you may choose to tip your service provider directly via cash, Venmo, or another preferred method.

Yes! We can come to your location if you are within a 10 mile radius of the shop. Pricing starts at $200
