  • We are discreetly located beyond a closed door, please refer to your confirmation email for more details. It is recommended that new clients arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.

  • We will try our best to accommodate you, however, we cannot guarantee a complete service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. Please call the shop to let us know if you will be running late.

  • Please limit your guests to one. We may not always be able to accommodate guests, however, there are a few coffee shops near by they can wait for you during your appointment. We always encourage you to visit the shop by yourself so you can experience the traditions and conversations of the barber shop.

  • There is free street parking available around the shop and also a paid parking structure on Palmetto Street.

  • Unfortunately the shop is not wheelchair accessible. However, we can schedule a house call and bring the barber shop to you! Send us an email to set up an appointment.

  • We kindly request that clients be at least 16 years of age.

  • Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the shop.

  • Yes! We accept all major credit cards including American Express.

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment but will not be charged. You may be charged a cancellation fee if you do not cancel by the cutoff time.

  • You can add a tip to your card at the time of checkout. You can also tip your service provider directly with cash, Venmo, etc.

  • Yes! We can come to your location if you are within a 10 mile radius of the shop. Pricing starts at $200
