Spiced Pear Sidecar

A warm, spiced take on the Sidecar, featuring brandy and seasonal pear flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Brandy (e.g., Cognac or Armagnac)

  • 1 oz Spiced Pear Liqueur (e.g., St. George Spiced Pear)

  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 oz Demerara Syrup (2:1 ratio of demerara sugar to water)

  • Dash of Angostura Bitters

  • Garnish: Cinnamon-sugar rim and a dehydrated pear slice

Rim a coupe glass with a mix of cinnamon and sugar, then chill it.

In a shaker, combine brandy, spiced pear liqueur, lemon juice, demerara syrup, and bitters with ice. Shake well.

Strain into the prepared coupe glass.

Garnish with a dehydrated pear slice for a seasonal touch
