Saffron and Smoke Martini
An elegant, savory Martini with floral and spice-forward complexity.
Ingredients
2 oz Vodka or Gin (e.g., Grey Goose or Plymouth Gin)
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth (e.g., Dolin)
2 drops Saffron Tincture (saffron steeped in vodka)
Dash of Orange Bitters
Smoked sea salt for garnish
Garnish: Expressed lemon peel and a pinch of smoked sea salt
Instructions
Chill a coupe or martini glass.
In a mixing glass, combine vodka or gin, dry vermouth, saffron tincture, and bitters. Add ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into the chilled glass.
Express a lemon peel over the top and garnish with a light sprinkle of smoked sea salt.
